Design Post Köln becomes the creative off-location of idd cologne

As part of idd cologne, which is taking place for the first time, Design Post Köln will once again become an important off-location for furniture and interior design from 25 to 29 October 2025. A curated programme of brand presentations, up-and-coming projects, material trends and international exhibitions is aimed at trade visitors and design enthusiasts. The focus is on high-end furniture, interior design, sustainability and pioneering design concepts - complemented by space for dialogue, networking and inspiration in the direct vicinity of Messe Köln.

Brand presentations by leading furniture and interior labels with current collections, innovative concepts and visionary room ideas.
Trend Corner - a curated material exhibition on haptics, surfaces and sustainable materials.
Designers Tower exhibition with 8-14 designers and studios from North Rhine-Westphalia, sponsored by the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs. On display are high-quality author designs, new materials and sustainable concepts - as a creative showcase for the state.
International perspectives: Selected international interior guest brands present their innovations and design signatures as part of a collective exhibition.
Hospitality Special with MD Magazine on October 27, 2025 - talks, best practices and networking around hospitality design.
Garage as a presentation area for innovative concepts and the idea of future design. Discourse Design Post opens up the space for discourse on sustainability and design. A symbolic foundation for collaboration, innovation and responsibility is created in the redesigned underground parking garage.
