Design Post Köln becomes the creative off-location of idd cologne

As part of idd cologne, which is taking place for the first time, Design Post Köln will once again become an important off-location for furniture and interior design. A curated programme of brand presentations, up-and-coming projects, material trends and international exhibitions is aimed at trade visitors and design enthusiasts. The focus is on high-end furniture, interior design, sustainability and pioneering design concepts - complemented by space for dialogue, networking and inspiration in the direct vicinity of Messe Köln.

Brand presentations by leading furniture and interior design labels
International brands such as Création Baumann, Ferm Living, Arper, Kvadrat, String Furniture, Lodes, Zeitraum, Tom Dixon, Tubes, Wagner and Prostoria will be showcasing their latest collections, innovative concepts and design approaches for living and working spaces.
As part of idd cologne, the brand portfolio will also be expanded to include Bielefelder Werkstätten + IP, Dornbracht, Wall&decó, Bretz and Mobitec, among others.

Designers Tower: Talent show from North Rhine-Westphalia
As part of an exhibition sponsored by the North Rhine-Westphalia Ministry of Economic Affairs, designers and studios from North Rhine-Westphalia will showcase their work, including Aesthek, Alexander von Dombois, Cornelius Richter, Budde, Pablo Octavio, Paula Burfeind, Paula Ellert, Peter Vosding, Studio Niruk and Thomas Schnur.
High-quality designer pieces, new materials and sustainable design concepts will be on display – showcasing the state's creative achievements.

Talks & networking
In cooperation with partners including MD Magazine, Klöber, Dornbracht, Material Bank, Studio Niruk and H.O.M.E., there will be discussion formats, best practice examples and topic-specific panels – with a focus on hospitality, material innovation and interior design.
