Online accreditation

This year, idd cologne will take place exclusively at urban locations. Accreditation is therefore not required.

Media representatives are warmly invited to apply for free accreditation for ORGATEC, the leading international trade fair for workspace and contract solutions, which will take place in parallel from 27 to 30 October 2026. They are also welcome to use the Press Centre North during the event.

Please observe the accreditation guidelines of Koelnmesse GmbH.
The accreditation of journalists for the purpose of reporting on Koelnmesse GmbH events is governed by Koelnmesse GmbH’s General Accreditation Guidelines for trade fairs in Germany, as described below.

We kindly ask all media representatives to observe these guidelines and seek accreditation in good time prior to the trade fair. An accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of journalistic reporting.
