idd cologne and Design Season Cologne join forces

Alongside the three central exhibitor locations – Design Post Köln, WallStudio Cologne (new in 2026) and machwerkhaus köln – selected showrooms and stores are once again part of idd cologne’s “urban-only” concept this year.

Whether discovering new collections, finding inspiration in exceptional furnishing ideas and exclusive interiors, or connecting with fellow design enthusiasts and industry professionals: the participating showrooms and store partners create additional destinations and invite visitors to experience premium brands and their designs first-hand.

This year’s participants include Bretz Store Köln, designdirektive, Fermob Köln, Jan Kath Design, Kartell, Laufen, MAGAZIN, Markanto Designklassiker, Occhio, Stoll Wohnbedarf + Objekt and Wall&decò.

New in 2026: idd cologne and Design Season Cologne are joining forces for the first time, making Cologne the central meeting point for the international interior design community in autumn 2026.

Design Season Cologne kicks off on 26 October 2026, one day before idd cologne. Both formats remain independent, while being connected through the participating showrooms and store partners. Visitors can look forward to a full week of interior design, inspiration and encounters at various locations throughout Cologne.
