Cologne boasts a long history as a home for design, furniture production and creative industries. With the premiere of idd cologne in 2025, the city is continuing this tradition – and, for three days, it will once again become a hotspot for contemporary interior design.

idd cologne sets out to be more than just a trade fair. It will combine local strengths and face-to-face interaction with digital visibility. It will provide a space for new forms of collaboration, communication and brand presentation, positioning itself in the very place where design comes to life: the heart of the city, open to everyone who wants to create, exhibit and experience. For three days, local showrooms and store partners will facilitate creative dialogue and inspiring encounters – with exhibitions in showrooms, inspiring panel discussions, pop-up formats and special events.

Designers, brands and retailers will have the opportunity to present their products directly to a design-savvy audience in relaxed settings.
